3. Description:
The A type of Residual Current Breaker with Overload(RCBO)is designed to disconnect quickly enough to mitigate the harm caused by electric shocks, which resulting from current leakage, and provide protection against overload or short-circuit conditions. It combines the advantages of an RCD and a miniature circuit breaker(MCB).
ADZ47LE-32 A type is our new invention by patent. It is not only provide protections against residual sinusoidal alternating currents in terminal load, but also against residual pulsating direct currents(such as in computers, conversion air conditioner, UPS and etc. ). Meanwhile, its standby current is only 0.001mA(compared with 2.5mA of AC type integrate circuit 54123), it is a new-type energy-saving product.
This product is widely used in plants, office buildings, houses, commercial zones and offer protection in such similar constructions against overload, short circuit and electrical faults of the lighting, distribution circuits and equipments.

4. Conditions of Normal Working and Installing:
(1)Normal Working:
Ambient air temperature is -5º C~+40º C, average temperature is less than 35º C in 24hours.
The relative air humidity of the breaker installation site can not exceed 50% at the highest temperature +40º C; Can not exceed 90% when temperature is over +25º C.
Absolutely make sure that the incoming line of the 1P+N residual circuit breaker is correctly connected, that is to say, the phase wire and neutral wire can not be connected in opposite way; If there is a question about connection, please choose the 2P residual circuit breaker.
(2)Nornal installation:
The residual circuit breaker should be installed vertically and the abliquity between the install surface and vertical plane should be less than 5° .
Make sure the install place has not strong shock and vibration.
In the installation site, the external magnetic field in any direction should not exceed the earth magnetic field by 5 times.

6. Using and Maintaining
(1)Using
Switch-on: Press the indicate button(yellow), then move the toggle swith to "ON"position.
Switch-off: Move the toggle swith to "OFF"position.
Test electric leakage function: After swith-on, press botton"T"down, if the circuit breaker swithes off quickly and the indicate button bounces up, it shows electric leakage functions normally; Otherwise, it does not function normally. Please make the regular check on function once in a month.
The RCBO A type switched off because of the controlled circuit gone wrong. Only find out the faults and clear up them, can swith on the breaker.
(2)Maintaining
This product is non-maintainable, please send back to repair in our factory when there is quality problem.
